In short: we collect what we need to run the games, keep accounts safe and stop multi-accounting. We don't sell your data and we don't use ad trackers.

1. What we collect

2. Why we use it

To run your account, the games, the wallet and the airdrop.
To keep the Service secure: prevent fraud, cheating and multiple accounts (one account per device).
To decide airdrop eligibility and rewards.
To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

3. Device fingerprint

When you use membox, the page creates a random device ID and two hashes from technical properties of your device and browser (such as screen size, graphics card and time zone). We store only the hashes, not the raw values. We use them only to enforce one account per device and to detect abuse.

4. Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and local storage only: your login session, device ID, language and game settings. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service (hosting and network protection, Google sign-in, email), when the law requires it, or to protect players from fraud. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public by design.

6. How long we keep it

Chat messages and images: 48 hours.
Read notifications: 30 days.
Account, activity and wallet records: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as needed for security, accounting or legal reasons.

7. Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Some records (for example wallet transactions) may be kept where the law requires.

8. Children

membox is not for anyone under 18. We delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
