Terms of Service

1. About membox

membox (“membox”, “we”, “us”) runs the games and services at membox.fun, including Meme Hunt, Big Two, Billiards and Meme Race, the airdrop campaign, the in-app crypto wallet and the pBOX presale (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may not use the wallet, buy pBOX or receive $BOX where doing so is illegal for you. You are responsible for following the laws of your country.
• You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions.

3. Your account

• One account per person and one account per device. New accounts from a device that already has an account are refused.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Fair Play rules.

4. In-game BOX

• BOX are free virtual points used to play. You get them for signing up, daily claims, Meme Hunt and winning games.
• BOX have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between players, exchanged or withdrawn.
• All in-game BOX are removed one day before the $BOX distribution. They are not part of the airdrop and are not converted into anything.

5. Airdrop points

You earn airdrop points by playing and taking part in the campaign. Points decide your share of the airdrop as described in the Airdrop Rules. Points have no value of their own and cannot be transferred or sold.

6. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals

• Each account gets its own Solana deposit address. Send SOL on the Solana network only. Assets sent on another network, or tokens we do not support, may be lost and cannot be recovered.
• Deposits below the shown minimum are not credited.
• Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent. A network fee is deducted as shown in the app. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal to check for fraud, abuse or a legal requirement.
• Blockchain transactions are final. Check the destination address before you confirm.

7. pBOX presale

• pBOX is an in-app balance bought with SOL from your wallet balance. Stages, prices and purchase limits are shown in the app.
• At launch (TGE), pBOX converts to $BOX at 1:1 and unlocks in 9 equal parts, one every 2 weeks.
• pBOX cannot be transferred or withdrawn before TGE.
• Purchases are final. If the soft cap is not reached when the presale closes, all buyers are refunded to their in-app balance.
• Holding pBOX can raise your airdrop point multiplier and daily claim as shown in the app.

8. $BOX token and risk

• $BOX is a meme token on Solana. It gives no ownership, profit share, voting or other rights in membox.
• We make no promise about the price, liquidity, listing or future value of pBOX or $BOX. Crypto prices can fall to zero.
• Only buy what you can afford to lose. Nothing on membox is financial advice.
• Plans, numbers and dates may change before launch. We will announce changes in the app.

9. Fair play

No cheating, bots, scripts, exploits, collusion or multiple accounts. Computer players in games are always labelled as bots. See Fair Play.

10. Suspension

If you break these Terms we may remove points, cancel rewards, block withdrawals linked to abuse, and suspend or close your account. Where the law allows, crypto balances that are not linked to abuse are returned to you.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party wallets or exchanges, or events outside our control.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
